Event management cycle that you must follow !

When you decided to make an event, there's five step by step you must follow.

Planning the event: Think it through from idea to action plan. What is the purpose of your event? Who need to be involved in your event? When will this event happen? Where do you want to do it? Why is this important for the people ? How much will it cost?
Organising the event: From action plan to execution. After you have everything on your proposal, it is time to make some calls to everyone in your (Plan of Action) POA sheet. Keep track on what is done, and be sure you have plan B- plan C in place in case plan-A can't happen.
Promoting the event: Spreading the word and selling tickets. Keep the balance of online and offline marketing. To rely only on facebook /instagram advertisement or expensive billboard on the main road is setting you up for doomed to failure. Be sure the team is spreading the news in all platform you can get your hands into.
Hosting the event: Making sure things run smoothly on the day. Be well rested before the event. You don't want to look exhausted and bring down the good vibes because you left everything to the last minutes.. and you are unable to interact with guests and lead your team with greatness.
After the event: Be sure to text/email reach out to everyone involve, and thank them for their attendance, love, support, and hardworking. Let everyone know that they are appreciated, and you are looking forward to the next collaboration.
